This paper challenge the traditional ways to understand and discuss the relation between aesthetic and economy. Starting by discussing the intangible the paper objectify how through intangibility aesthetics and spirituality values meet and fusion while paradoxically as any major classic pair, the intangible is intrinsically related with its supposed to be opposite the tangible, through theorizing this pair, the paper completely renew and discuss the relation between the intangible and the tangible developing a phenomenology of both moments in between the spirit and aesthetics through empirical analysis on several forms including free market economy and publicity to unfold out how the intangible continues working in all the moments of the relation between aesthetics, values and economy to get out how current avant-garde distinguishes itself around the intangible in the process of values formation even through the relation between aesthetics and economy

The Intramundane Horizont.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper proposes and discuss a theory of the Intramundane Horizont discussing the ontology of it under phenomenology and hermeneutic. Discussing the graped up phenomenological form of the Intramundane horizont around the monadic nature of the impressions of the body and of the subjectivity while theorizing pertinences as the phenomenological principle addressed to give structure to the common sense world, the paper discuss how phenomenology start to be an Intramundane horizont when hermeneutic interrelates and fusion with it.

First discussing the epistemological differences between phenomenology and hermeneutic, to next discuss the specific form through which both interrelate and fusion, the paper continue proposing a theory of how hermeneutic texere and makes a phenomenological world Intramundane, from the succession of activities between mornings and nights toward ends to the principle of share spectations horizonts stablishing the nexts in the pragmatics of everyday life around interpretative arranges  derived from explicitations in intersubjective communications. The paper is the first one in a serie I started addressed to two distinct as well as complimentary objectives, the complexion of a full theory in phenomenological and hermeneutic research and studies itself, on the one side, and on the other, toward redicussing the horizonts between the sociology of common sense and anthropology research theory experimenting the avenues of a more near relation between ethnomethodology in sociology and anthropology, retheorizing inscription and rediscussing the relations between everyday life and research methodology.

The Chrysalides of Being.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper discusses the Hegel logic of being defined by him as an objective logic in the science of logic. Placing out the distinction between being itself –the ontological one which simply is in coincident with itself without yet extrinsecación to it and the subject in which, simultaneously, such a being itself is being already paradoxically reflected as a first one distinction between epistemology and ontology, as well as pointing out that to Hegel paradoxically knowledge and science can’t be excluded from the logic of being and becoming, the paper discuss under Hegel theory of sameness and negations between major pairs such as being and becoming, the relation between being itself the one which simply is without yet extrinsecación to it, and the immediacy of the world of life.

While Hegel theory of being seems to be not as focused in the idea of a present of the present in time needed to get out such an immediacy, and while Derrida certainly restablished the right now of time mixing Aristoteles physics, Heidegger and Hegel logic, under the nun toward the gramme and the ousia of language, recognizing a more well defined idea of the alive present world to Hurseel more than to Hegel, all Hegel theory of being as a theory of moments developed under the relation of sameness and negations between major pairs, such as being itself and putted beings, supposes in all cases the ontological moment of being to solution the pairs sameness over its negations

Focusing Hegel earlier distinctions between world itself and the phenomenological worlds as two different sides which are at the same time the same, and paradoxically negations, world itself and the reflected phenomenological world, the paper discuss how Hegel theory transform the immediacy in a world of constant mediations. While he recognized what he defined as a suprasensible world, the calmed and or quiet universe of reality out there, his theory of pairs as moments transform the immediacy in an university of mediations given by facts such as for example that reflexion itself should be seen as an extrinseque form of putted being under being itself and that being itself and putter being mutually mediate in between each one to the other,

Focusing hermeneutically the concept of reading reading jeroglifis and petroglyphs in archaeology when the meaning of an image in presence is unknown yet, the paper theorize an hermeneutical analysis of the Derridean concept of the stratus defined as a texere in between experience and language, the non-discursive and the discursive, to discuss the phenomenology of stratus in the critique of languages as a form of an anthropological and ethnographical philosophizing

This  paper discuss some of the main epistemological and research method issues defines  ethnomethodology in sociology, the qualification and elevation of research method to more relevant place, the born of ethnomethodology thanks to a previous separation in sociology between the subsystems of the person or the individual, the social and the cultural, the focuses of the attention of theory on theory deriving in a sociology of knowledge and the ethics of it, the accent on the relation between discourse and decurse, the reincorporation of fieldwork into reflexivity as part of the general intellectual activity and the ethics of knowledge focused around effacing and or deconstructing the relations between subject and object toward the otherness of the self instead of an accent on the otherness between subject and object and the retheorization of ontology toward ways far to inmanentism, between some other things.

The Eclipse of Evocation.

This paper encompasses anthropology with literary criticism, retheorizing fieldwork through a rediscussion of the relation between writing, speech acts, inscription and memory –a more phenomenological way to understand the stratus between language --the oussia and gramme of space and time— world and reality, and the relation between writing as representation and performativity--,

Restablishing the ontology of the triple present of time –Ricoeur—, and rediscussing under it major issues of fieldwork research methodology and practice –toward my concepts of multisiting and multitemporalizing--, the paper focusses on the relation between fieldwork and performativity seen from the perspective of the relation between inscription, memory, dialogicity and evocation

Despites from my concept of non-repetitive repetitions the paper discuss a variety of issue on empirical and non-empirical matters of research method focusing literacy –Twain Eves monologue, Carroll, etc—and anthropology, Clifford Geertz, Stephen A Tyler, George Marcus, James Clifford together,

The Evacuation of the Substance.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper discusses the presupposition of extrinsecation between language and reality in logical positivism, language, on the one side, and reality on the other, as a nominalist, dexitical, indexical and conceptual exteriorization, on how the major move of logical positivism seen from the tradition of classical thought from Leibniz to Hegel, consisted about the evacuation of the substance in the positive moment when with the apparition of concept the essence started to be divided.

While Hegel following Leibniz and spinosa sustained that the concept should be seen in its origin as the union between being and essence and by the way as the final true of the substance, he also pointed that with the apparition of concept the essence started to be divided and that from such a moment a concept of the concept appear,  the paper discuss how from such a moment the substance is finally superated since concepts are themselves Inmaterials, spirituals and ideals they are the opposite of substance as their otherness.

The paper discuss how logical positivism should be theorized and discussed from this comprehension of the concepts affirmations over substance the reason to understand why under positivism both substances and techniques start to be subordinated to cognitivism and conceptualism as an optionals.

The paper stablish how one of the must usual uses of the word empirism merged from this dominance of positivism over empiricism subordinating the last one to the meaning of being an application, while more ancient meanings of empiricism such as those claimed by empiricism as a positioning itself is based seen from the same tradition of classical thought exactly from the opposite when everything continues to be substances and techniques and when concepts and cognition stay subordinated to its vehicles.

Pointing such a dichotomy as the main one between positivism and empirism, the paper discuss the main reasons explain why the relation between language and object, language and reality, subject and object stablish in positivism as the basis to get knowledge and objective thought while at the same time such an exteriorization is needed also in social science to differentiate social facts and social events --even the relation between being and becoming seen as a social or cultural phenomena-- from the chemical and physical events of substance and techniques and how the actor in sociology is theoretically abstracted to distinguish when a world or a universe start to be social or cultural and nothing more, as Popper did, to which the literal actor need to be like substances also evacuated

to late discuss some aspects of some of my recent year’s books on medias and technology while also pointing out things distinguish lacan theory from previous Freudian psychoanalysis

The Exegesis of the Texts of Culture: Pre-texts and construction of the text between epistemology and reality

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

Restablishing the relation between language and world, epistemology and reality, this paper discuss the phenomenological concept of texere defined between experience, the non-discursive and the discursive, theorizing epistemological and methodological distinctions in between texts, pre-texts, construction of the text and textualization needed to the work of exegesis of the texts of culture

Coming from the primer classical relations between space, time, being, thought and language --Aristoteles, Hegel, Hurseel, Heidegger and Derrida—the paper deliver distinctions between the immediacy of the social and cultural world under which direct studies of culture take places and forms of the exegesis of texts on texts, texts under texts and signs in the place of objects, from the exegesis of social and cultural texts such as publicity and fashion, through mise in scenes of cultures such as markets, carnivals, parties and rituals, to literary works of fiction and the visual arts, the paper discuss a theoretical analysis on issues of epistemology and research methodology to be consider in textual analysis and studies of culture from sociology and anthropology to the hermeneutics of art and fiction, focusing ethics

Philosophizing and Light.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper retheorize and reconsider one of the issue less developed in classical philosophy, the issue of concepts. From Aristoteles to Hegel including all the intermedia ancient thinkers, the theory and the logic of concepts was yet a clearly pour and undeveloped subdivision of the logic of subject and predicaments usually limited to the capabilities of judgement.

Given as obvious and notorious that concept was the less developed concept we received from tradition since ancient though which started to be first time focused and developed from positivism, the paper proposes a first revisitation to concepts retheorized after Derrida and Deleuze philosophical theories of surfaces, ousia and gramme between grammatology and geometries, and what’s philosophy respectably, but reconsidered from iluminism turning to the age of renascences considered as the beginning of humanism. The paper is a first introductory one in an upcoming serie toward further papers focused in concepts and conceptualism since logical positivism in the analytical philosophy of sciences

In front of Immanence.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper discusses Junger Habermas as the first turn to language theory in the tradition of the Frankford school. The paper offers a general overview on the simultaneous counterposition between positivism and neohegelianism since the earlier XX Century.

While the epistemological basis to positivism in classical philosophy can be also discussed in some of the Hegel writings, mainly the moment when substance and essence are superated by the positive affirmation of concepts and concepts of concepts, the influence on Hegel of Spinoza and Leibniz still echoes an indistintion between the well delimited area of concepts and cognition and issue of Immanence considered both as the Immanence of substances and or as the Immanence of the ontology of god and religion.

This paper theorize and discuss the earlier XX Century neohegelianism continuation in new forms of such an indistintion between the world of concepts and the world of substance and matter influenced the absent in Frankford tradition of a theory of language and how Habermas effort mainly consisted about developing out such a theory of language to the poshegelian logic but critizing previous neohegelian inmanentism recalling several issues from pragmatism, positivism and hermeneutics

Transformations of the Self

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper discusses the Clifford Geertz concept of autoubications as a form to define the relation between writing considered from literary criticism as a textual strategy –ways and forms to write—in regard to the Mise in scene of experience and fieldwork. The paper proposes an extension and a retheorization of the concept of inscription in anthropology.

Placing out how inscription far to be only a form to inscribe social facts in the page suppose to be also a major concept out of the page in the relation with culture paper the discuss inscription as a concept to be develop in a more deeper theoretical level toward the theory of research method in cultural theory and anthropology.

Starting by the fact that the experience of life and immersion in a culture supposes the full dismantle of previous cultural parameters to be assimilated and transformed by the new cultural parameters, the transformation of the self urges to priorize the writings of the inscriptions of the self as well as the several forms through which one become inscribed to the inscriptions a culture have about the meanings of your inscriptions to its previous inscribed backgrounds.

Deconstructing the idea of the research as someone who is in a culture as a capsulated missioner of his previous culture to which the self-suppose to be related as if a pregiven fixed form to which the research return as if nothing happen as for example inscriptions of one culture into the other ones, the paper discuss placing as reference George Marcus regards on the relation between serious ethnography and the syndrome of becoming native, how the syndrome of becoming native far to simplify the issue of autoubications in writings and the mise in scene of fieldwork, evolve to be a much more complex and rich parameter to the explorations and experimentation of writing and compositions of textual strategies of literacy wholes in anthropology, sociology and ethnography.

Retheorizing Inscription toward the relation between Immaterial culture –thoughts, meanings, cumulated experience, backgrounds and values-- capability as well as limits our relation with a culture and discussing how inscription stablish body memory and subjectivity, the paper discuss the need to explore in anticipation experimental models creates flexible possibilities to work the relation between experience and writing helps to explore simultaneity and revisitations

Transference in ethnicity

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper theorize a poslacanial concept of transference to discuss how while the issue of being considered in classical philosophy from Hegel and Heidegger, to Derrida and contemporary philosophy stablish around abstract matters on the relation between being and becoming that can be equally considered as an universal issue to being in a general humanistic sense is being instead transferred to a sense of the essence of the being of an specific culture when ethnicity appear

While out of ethnicity and race the classical philosophy of being apply as an abstract issue to being any were in a general humanistic sense as soon as ethnicity and race appear the philosophical universality of being start to be transferred to the ideologies of the ontology of such as supposed to be essences of an ethnicity culture,

the paper focuses in discussing in language theory how this transference occur and offers a deconstruction demonstrating the impossibility to fix the senses of the essences of an ethnicity while at the same time pointed out and theorize how the objectification, observation and attention on such a transference play a significant place in the Ethnographic analysis and research to the composition of textual whole based in fieldwork and immersive research

The paper discusses an analysis on the issue of multiculturalism in the united states around the supermarkets of foods and objectify in language the relation between adjudicative attributions and attributes take place under such a transference

The Liminals.

©By Abdel Hernandez San Juan

This paper theorize the phenomenology of liminalities,

Starting by discussing the perceptual question about if the liminal should be attributed to the eye seen –a supposed to be liminal perception—or to the image itself—a supposed to be liminal image—, and discussing its two moments, the one of separation between perception as a physical activity of the eye itself far to the image itself and the moment of union, when perception and the image looks to synthesis an idea of reality, the paper discuss how while we can say that there are under certain conditions of distinctions some perceptions Liminals itself and some images Liminals, liminality as a phenomena can’t be reduced and is not defined to and or originated itself nor in perception nor in the image, but in between sensibility and subjectivity. From this point, after illustrating it with several empirical examples, the paper proposes and theorize a conjunction between a phenomenological theory of liminalities and an hermeneutical one to show and explore how liminalities often evolves a fusion between subjectivity, sensibility and the physicality of the sensorial and multisensorial body including the visual, sound, spaces and tactility

This paper discusses as a given generalized reality the consequences of secularization, the initial divisions between science, art, religion and right on the current modern subsequent division between disciplines, specialties and techniques and its effects on the division of the consciences and the bodies understanding divisions in the sense of communications versus incomunications between such disciplines, specialties and techniques.

While the issue of interdisciplinary and or interspecialties communications versus incomunication can also be discussed as a contemporary phenomenon without necessarily recalling the originary issue of secularization, retheorizing this matter from the Max Weber perspective on the secularization process helps to develop a more generally comprehensive approach encompass how it is majorly an issue related with forms of the subject and of subjectivity.

Focused from this point, the paper proposes a Weberian rediscussion of the matter which recalling subjects and subjectivity develop an analyze and objectification on the problem redicussing the main things participates in defining the more general macroestructures of cognitive activities, reason, intellect, conscience an
